The breakfast was plentiful . Lots of options. The friendly lady who was part of the efficient staff made sure to keep it stocked. The location was perfect for me. Walked to Harbor Seafood and picked up a shrimp poboy. Conveniently located close to the airport and accessible to the main Highways(Williams Blvd, Veterans Blvd and connecting bus routes)The shuttle drivers were prompt, friendly and on time. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and always available to answer questions or attend to your needs. The room was spotless. It had that luxury clean and fresh hotel smell. I will return!!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great for staying an evening, and leaving early to the airport. Was ideal for this. Hotel recommended a nice restaurant close by and we had a lovely dinner for our last night. Room was very comfortable, and really appreciated the prompt free shuttle super early in the morning. It only took 5 minutes or so by shuttle to get to the airport. Handy having restaurants, and a Target nearby for last minute pickups.

The breakfast was great and the view was fine there wasn’t much to look at though and a special thanks to the Ms. Trinity on the evening shift I ran into a situation but she went above and beyond to help me fix it with no hesitation. I really appreciate her because we came for my birthday weekend so that was a great gift to me. Trinity keep doing amazing customer service and she kept a smile on her face unlike the morning to evening clerk with the red hair she wasn’t so friendly and never made eye contact she act as if someone was bothering her when that her job to help and greet the guest. Nevertheless she want stop me from staying there again maybe she’ll have a better attitude or be gone or I’ll just make sure we address any issues while Trinity or her release person leave.

Breakfast was good and had variety. Traveling without my husband; and with my sister inlaw - we felt safe at this hotel. Employees are helpful and nice, as are the shuttle bus drivers. All went well with our my or out 2 overnight stays. Will stay again at this location.

The location was good.We stayed here before we went on a cruise from Nola port. A book to Kings week so the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good

Exactly 4 min to the airport . I had a flight at 6 am and the shuttle was able to accommodate at top the hour so it was really helpful .

Love the location and conveniences to main BLVD's, interstate highway, shopping, dining and entertainment. The entire property is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast is one of the best I've encountered. Great place to stay for local shopping, getting to the airport or a trip into New Orleans for business or entertainment without the inconvenience of staying at a downtown, very expensive motel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the cleanliness was outstanding, the staff was super friendly and professional, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed hotel. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve ever had!

I normally don't pay so much for a hotel room but I had no choice in this case since I needed to be near the airport for a flight out the next day. The hotel is excellent! Beautiful room, nice size, great bathroom, and a wonderful substantial breakfast! A special shout out to Trinity at the reception desk. She was very helpful and informative.
